Alita Tendo (Eiji Akaso) works in a hostile workplace where they get used to the dreaded late shift. This is in addition to other similar problems such as having the wrong boss and filling jobs that need clarification.

In his present state, some might call him a zombie. However, when the actual zombie apocalypse happens randomly one morning, and the structure of the classroom crumbles, Alita is relieved that he no longer has to go to work.

He takes the glass-half-full approach, listing 100 things he would like to do before becoming a zombie.

The trailer shows Alita enjoying her best life while completing her list, avoiding becoming a zombie, and meeting some colourful fellow survivors along the way.

While there have been many brilliant zombie films over the years, such as The Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, and The Last Man on Earth, Zom 100 appears to be following in the footsteps of Zombieland and Shaun of the Dead by simply having an endless amount of youthful fun with the tired concept.
