The series will have 8 episodes that will be released directly on February 2, 2023. Coming to the product then it was titled on September 27, 2021 through Netflix. The makers also decided to go with a cast on 8 October 2021. The cast was finalized on 4 November 2022.

Filming of Freeridge began on 9 May 2022 and ended on 5 July 2022 in Los Angeles. Later in that particular year in December matters related to some supporting actors also came to the fore.
