The launch of Google Pixel 7 & Pixel 7 Pro in India has been teased through Flipkart website and confirmed by Google India. The devices, powered by the Google Tensor G2 SoC, will be released on October 6.
That date also doesn’t come as a surprise, since every previous model was presented in October of their launch year, apart from the Google Pixel 5, which was introduced on September 30 – virtually in October.
On the day of the announcement, pre-orders for the Pixel 7 Pro will be accepted. The basic Pixel 7 can too, even though this has not been verified. A leak suggests that the phones will be available on October 18.
Google Pixel 7 Rumors and News

A recent rumor suggests that the Pixel 7 will be available on October 18, which is longer than planned.
The Tensor G2 benchmarks for the Pixel 7 revealed significant improvements on the GPU.
Thanks to a source and a few particular marketing, the colours of the Pixel 7 series, and the storage capacity have been revealed.
On October 6, Google will hold an event to showcase newer hardware. We think this refers to both the Pixel 7 and the upcoming Pixel Watch.
Google Pixel 7 style
Due to the preview on stage at Google I/O, we have the best idea of what to look out for from Pixel 7. Google is preserving the horizontal camera bar seen with the Pixel 6, but with some changes.
First, the primary and ultrawide cameras were combined; The Pixel 7 Pro contains a second lens, which we believe is a telephoto lens.
It has a really different look than the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, which have more modest lens designs. The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro have pushed cameras to their limits. Anyone watching you while holding your phone will see the lenses stretched over that aluminum bar.
As a result, we anticipate that the Pixel 7 Pro will be physically identical to the Pixel 6 Pro. From the dimensions to the curvature of the screen, the most significant modifications will be seen on the back of the device, with the redesigned camera bar design and camera cutout.
Models
Google stated during Google I/O that Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will be available in the fall. Many people thought that the Pixel 7 range only consisted of those two variants. There are hints, however, that a third variant of the Pixel 7 exists.
Google discovered a code that refers to the third hypothetical variant of the Pixel 7. This phone, like the Pixel 6 Pro (and most likely the Pixel 7 Pro), has a 120Hz display, but the height and width his are barely larger than Google’s current Pro model. Because the Pixel 7 Pro is anticipated to have the same 6.7-inch screen as the Pixel 6 Pro, this is a Pixel with a rather larger screen.
