The good news is that Grace and Frankie’s production are almost complete! When filming was finished, crew members posted BTS photos.

Marta Kauffman, Grace and Frankie’s Showrunner, revealed to Good Housekeeping, “We’re going to deal with Robert, Sol and Grace in a manner that we haven’t seen before.”

Marta Kauffman said that writers’ plans can be changed, but it is safe to assume that they have already followed the outline written down. She continues, “We think that we know where we are going. But I’ll let your know when we get there, if we stick to that plan.”

It seems that the series’ underlying message and ethos will not change. Marta stated, “You know what? My hope is that [the series] inspires people that just because one stage of their lives ends, doesn’t mean another one doesn’t start — and that it can be more rewarding than the previous ones.” “I want people to realize that they are sexually vibrant and can do anything with a good friend.
