The official announcement also came individually as the statement went like this: “Priscilla Presley and the Presley family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Lisa Marie. They are deeply grateful for everybody’s support, love, and prayers, and ask for privacy at this very difficult time.”

Lisa Marie Presley was the only daughter of Elvis Presley. Her parents separated in 1973. When she was only 9 years old then her father died at the age of 42 years in the year 1977.
