Elvis, the mother, also said: “She was the strongest and most loving passionate woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thanks for the love and prayers. There will be no further comment at this time.”
The official announcement also came individually as the statement went like this: “Priscilla Presley and the Presley family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Lisa Marie. They are deeply grateful for everybody’s support, love, and prayers, and ask for privacy at this very difficult time.”
Lisa Marie Presley was the only daughter of Elvis Presley. Her parents separated in 1973. When she was only 9 years old then her father died at the age of 42 years in the year 1977. After many years, she started to follow in her father’s footsteps and decided to go with music as a career. . And that’s the reason why she released her album in 2003.
Apart from her career, Lisa Marie Presley was also known for her love relationship. In 1988 she married her first husband Danny with whom she had a daughter and a son named Benjamin. She later married 1996 the icon Michael Jackson after giving divorce to Danny in 1994.
However, her relationship with Michael Jackson only lasted for a few months as they broke up that particular year. Her next marriage was to actor Nicholas in 2002 and her fourth marriage was to guitarist Michael Lockwood in 2006.
