The new Korean anime series Lookism is shaking things up with a hugely popular webtoon comic coming to Netflix in November 2022.

Lookism series are waiting for more than 8.5 reviews all over the world. The adaptation of this Korean webtoon of the same name by author Park Hyeong-Seok. This series is animated by Studio Mir.

Plot of Lookism

Hyung spends all 17 years of his life at the bottom of the food chain. Unfashionable, small, and fat. In addition, he was bullied by his classmates because of his appearance. In an effort to escape from his bully Lee Tae Sung, he decides to transfer to Jae Won High School in Seoul a bad preparatory school known for trouble-free students.

Before his transfer, Hyung wakes up to notice that he’s no longer in his usual chubby body, but in a perfect body!

Tall, handsome, and superbly toned, Hyung Suk has become his perfect self. The only problem is that his original body is still lying next to him – and when one body sleeps, he wakes up in another.

Now with two very different bodies, Hyung Suk must learn to navigate his new and much more popular life at J High while unraveling the mystery of where his second, virtually superhuman body came from.
