That’s what Netflix’s Lucifer is all about. In this series, the devil himself is helping an LAPD detective to solve crimes where he loves the detective himself.

The show had 4 very successful seasons and recently Netflix aired half of Season 5. The fans went crazy again. While the audience is waiting for the second part of Lucifer Season 5, the show has been successfully renewed for its last and final season 6.

The production planned to grace us with the presence of the devil for the last time in season 6 and plans to release the season in 2021.

Fans are very aware that the show is on the verge of cancellation. On the other hand, it comes back to life not once but twice. Because of this, the last season is claimed to be shortened to only 10 episodes, and no signs of the show getting more than that.

Season 6 of Lucifer is prepared to be released in 2021 but the shoot and production will depend fully on where the pandemic situation takes off. Also, with the availability and participation of the whole Lucifer family.

Production of the season finale of season 5 has been halted as a result of the pandemic. The cast returned to shoot on 24 September. The second half of season 5 is all set to air at least by Christmas but no official date has been announced for that.

When we look at the release of season 5 and how it goes from there, the production of season 6 will begin and we should be watching the last season of this mind-blowing series by the end of 2021. This is a bittersweet moment for all Lucifer fans. there as they’re happy to get another season. But also sad that it’s the end of an era for them.

The detective and the devil will be lost but viewers cannot wait to see them again; first in the second half of season 5 and later in the series finale of season 6.
