The Dabi picture shows the villain smiling or possibly chuckling as he gets ready to use his flame powers. As a result, he will most likely attack his younger brother, Shoto Todoroki. Shoto’s image in the post supports this, showing him preparing an attack with his flaming abilities and determined gaze.

Mr. Compress is also seen using his powers on location, possibly grabbing something or someone, given the direction of his body in the shot. This is supported by different cables wrapped around his body, which means that he’s trying to save something or someone from falling into the Hero’s grasp.

The latest promotional image of My Hero Academia season 6 episode 13 shows Izuku Midoriya, AKA Deku, using his Blackwhip Quirk by shooting it from his mouth. This new technique will likely be presented as a result of Midoriya’s inability to use his weapons, which were severely impaired because of his uncontrolled use of One For All.
