‘Sweet Home’ Season 2: An apocalyptic horror series originating from South Korea, it has been picked up for international viewers by the streaming network of Netflix. Adapted from the eponymous webtoon, created by Kim Kan-bi and Hwang Young-chan that recorded more than 1.2 billion net reads and gave the TV series a ready license. The dystopian drama debuted on December 18, 2020, and left after 10 episodes.

Produced by Studio Dragon who was the patron of famous dramas like My Holo Love, Love Alarm, Arthdal Chronicles, Crash Landing on youthe series is off to an amazing start but its renewal still hangs in the balance.
Although Netflix has a habit of delaying any announcements of the second season until there’s some indication of how it performed the first and according to global reports, it has already done it in 32 10 different lists. It topped the charts in South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
That should be convincing enough for the streaming giant to order a worthy sequel for the likely bloated audience.

There are multiple scenarios that are stretching to closure
The finale went overboard with Sang-wook dying in a pool of his own blood while trying to take Yu-ri out after finding her having an asthma attack.
Ui-Myeong’s uncontrolled shooting kills two survivors, it is just after Hyun-Soo turns into a monster that he’s stopped. Hyun-Soo goes to confront the military while the apartment building starts to collapse as a result of an explosion.
While very few have made it above ground, Hyun-Soo wakes up in an armored vehicle and is greeted by Sang-wook, only to realize that it’s instead Ui-myeong, who has taken the form of Sang-work.
Now what we must look for is how much the tip of survivors who were promised the so-called safe haven can hold on humanity.
When is it due for release?
Because the production of the second season is not yet put into action, it is meant to be an in depth long wait until the summer of 2022.
