The original Oppo Find N is amongst the most astonishing foldable devices to date. Unfortunately, the recently announced Find N2 improves on virtually every aspect, making it even more frustrating that it’ll only be available in China.

The Sib N2 is lighter, smaller, and sleeker than its predecessor, but still has a more powerful CPU, improved cameras, and a more flexible display. Here’s everything we currently know about the Oppo Find N2:

Design of Oppo Find N2

The standard Oppo Find N2 resembles the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, with a large AMOLED display of 7.1 inches 1792 × 1920 that’s foldable. However, it exposes a 5.54-inch 1080 x 2120 AMOLED external screen when folded.

The Find N2 has a lightweight design, weighing only 233g with a black vegan leather finish. It is also available in green and white Gorilla Glass Victus models, weighing 237g.

Despite the reduced crease and improved hinge design, Oppo is delivering its own version of Samsung’s Flex Mode. This lets you open the phone at any angle within a selected range, allowing you to sit to click pictures or stream videos more stably.

Price and Availability

On December 15, 2022, the Oppo Find N2 series was introduced in China during the company’s annual Inno Day event. But, unfortunately, the sad fact is that the larger Sib N2 is now only available in China.

We are yet to get pricing details on the Flip N2 Find, but we estimate it to cost around $1,146.59.

Features of Oppo Find N2

The Oppo Find N2 has a similarly powerful Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 Chipset and is available in two configurations: 12GB of RAM & 256GB of storage, and 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It also boasts 5G support, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and twin stereo speakers powered by Dolby Atmos.

There’s a 32 MP selfie camera on the front and another on the inside, but unlike the Galaxy Z Fold 4, it isn’t hidden behind the display.

Of course, this will interfere with everything you are seeing on the inside screen of the Oppo, but it should result in higher image quality than the camera under the Samsung display. Its 4,520 mAh battery is equipped with a 67W charge, ready for a full charge in 42 minutes.

Verdict

The OPPO Find N2 5GA is a fairly excellent gadget to select from. The smartphone contains all the features of functionality and user experience that people are attempting to find. The brand has also given it a unique look to make it more fashionable.
