Like Season 1, Outer Banks Season 2 concluded with the Pogues experiencing a close call with death. The second season of the Netflix series focused lots of attention on John B., Sarah, JJ, Kiara, and Pope as they searched and searched to recover the stolen Santo Domingo Cross.
The crew sneaked onto the Coastal Venture in the season finale and tried to capture the cross. During a wild fight, they were defeated and escaped in a lifeboat.
The Pogues celebrated being reunited and safe – for now – even if they once more left empty-handed.
