Disney is on a journey to make live action movies of most of its original legendary animated sagas. After the success of Pinocchio, the production giant is now all set to release another live action film of its superhit animated film of its time, The Little Mermaid.
Disney made The Little Mermaid in 1989 which was inspired by the character Ariel of the Danish author Hans Christian Andersen, from the book which was also titled The Little Mermaid. After Disney adopted the character and converted her into an animated queen, Aerial.

The Little Mermaid Teaser Trailer Starring Halle Bailey
Disney revealed his plan to make a live-action film on The Little Mermaid all the way back in 2016. Earlier, fans wanted singer Ariana Grande to play the character of Ariel.
After that, there were speculations that Zendaya was cast for the same. That’s why when Disney officials said that Halle Bailey will be seen as Ariel, it was quite a surprise for the fans.
Keeping all things aside, here’s The Little Mermaid teaser trailer.
The teaser is titled WISH, which appears to be a song in the Disney musical saga. It shows the underwater world of Ariel in its full form. We can see her kissing Prince Eric too. And even a look at the evil sea witch, Ursula.
