The follow-up film, formally titled Through My Window: Across the Sea, will be available on the streaming service in June 2023. Ares left to further his education at the end of the previous film, but can their romance endure the great distance?

What is the story of ‘Through My Window: Across the Sea’?

The film Through My Window is inspired by Ariana Godoy’s novel of the same name ‘A través de mi Ventana in Spanish, which offered us an ambiguous but happy conclusion for Raquel and Ares.
Although Raquel and Ares are deeply in love, they decide to separate as they both go to different universities. Ares intends to pursue medication, and Raquel is to pursue literature.
But the closing scenes of the film show Ares breaking through Raquel’s window, clearly still in love with her.
The sequel picks up where the first left off, with our young lovebirds discovering that long-distance romance is harder than they anticipated. There will even be expected obstacles in their relationship, including whether the Ares brothers will ever truly welcome Raquel.

The third novel, A través de la lluvia, is currently accessible entirely on Wattpad and focuses on Apolo, the youngest of the Hidalgo siblings.
As of now, nothing has been announced about the third film. But, if they decide to make another one, it will possibly follow the same path as the 1st and 2nd movies.
