The Vivo V25 Pro offers a wonderful camera system in a cost-efficient smartphone design. Moreover, it has enough power to quickly execute most of your apps.
When it comes to aesthetics and ergonomics, Vivo never lets customers down. This time, the brand has also made an effort to provide a new camera island in addition to a new design.
Vivo V25 Pro: Price
As of now, in September 2022, the Vivo V25 Pro costs around $440 in the US. Nano-SIM cards are compatible with the Dual SIM card that comes with the smartphone. It was created using 5G technology.
On August 17, 2022, the Vivo V25 Pro Mobile was introduced. The smartphone has a 6.56-inch (FHD+) AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2372 x 1080 pixels.
Design
The phone itself is slender and portable. The SIM card slot, a tiny hole for the microphone, a USB-C connector, and a single speaker grill are all located at the bottom of the device. The power and volume controls are on the right side. Only a hole for the secondary microphone can be seen on the right side and above.
The back panel that changes its color is another notable feature of the smartphone. Despite the undeniable fact that the panel being supplied this time is utterly different from those in the Realme 9 Pro Plus and the Vivo V23 Pro,
It’s also available in black for those who want something a little more understated, even though the black model lacks the V25 Pro’s color-changing feature.
UV light causes the colour of Surfing Blue to change from light blue to dark blue. With the help of the UV light that came with our review sample. We were able to make patterns on the back panel.
Display
A 120Hz refresh rate is combined with a 6.5-inch curved AMOLED display on the Vivo V25 Pro. HDR video looked great on the monitor. With vivid colours and excellent contrast.
The ambiguously named standard, professional and brilliant color profiles are available if you prefer a more natural look. Professionalism essentially corresponds to a flatter color profile, while brightness intensifies color saturation.
The device has a single speaker, located at the bottom right. There’s not much bass response to speak of, but it is loud and clear enough.
Vivo V25 Pro: Performance
Vivo V25 Pro is equipped with a Mediatek Dimensity 1300 5G chipset. A 12GB RAM module and a 256GB internal storage drive are connected to the SoC on my review unit.
To be consistent with the majority of phones in this price range, this RAM is LPDDR4, which is important to note. Particularly for non-specialist users, an LPDDR5 configuration would have been a minor improvement.
Now that we have delved into performance, let’s speak about how the V25 Pro performs when performing performance-intensive tasks like gaming and shooting. The smartphone has more than enough power on its own to do graphic design jobs, and it lasts for a decent amount of time.
Vivo V25 Pro: Cameras
The Vivo V25 Pro is at its best in this department. The V25 Pro has three rear cameras, the main one of which is a 64MP sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS).
However, the selfie camera is quite capable. The single 50Mp camera on the Vivo V23 may not have a secondary sensor. But it nonetheless performs admirably in well-lit conditions thanks to a large f/2.0 aperture.
