When Will ‘Saw X’ Release?

The upcoming tenth film in the Saw Saw X series was first reported to be in development with Twisted Pictures in April 2021.

Peter Goldfinger and Josh Stolberg, who wrote the script for the previous Saw films, return for the tenth installment as well.

They confirmed in December 2021 that the script was completed. Kevin Greutert was reported to be the director from Bloody Disgusting in August 2022. Greutert previously directed the 2009 film ‘Saw VI’ and the 2010 film ‘Saw 3D’.

Tobin Bell was confirmed to reprise the role of the main antagonist Jigsaw in October 2022. Lund, Brand, and Beach joined the cast in December 2022. That same month Shawnee Smith was cast to reprise the role of Amanda Young and other cast members in undisclosed roles.

Primary filming lasted from October 2022 to February 2023. The film is anticipated to be released by Lionsgate Films on October 27, 2023.
