Netflix original movie white noise is all set to be released on Netflix. Academy Award nominee Noah Baumbach returns with another unique interpretation of the mundane lives of the forgotten in the decaying suburbs. Baumbach, after the unparalleled success of ‘The Marriage Story’, has cinema fanatics in a rush.
With author Don DeLillo at the helm and lending a hand in the film’s script, both he and Baumbach work to keep the film as genuine as possible.
With its initial release on August 31, 2022 to critical reception only, ‘White Noise’ has been very well received and has achieved the highest percentile rating of 86% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Critics have labeled it a funny and light-hearted piece of work while confronting heavy and poignant subjects with a level of knowledge that makes one laugh while the skin crawls.
It was also called “An idiosyncratic range of genres and ideas that shouldn’t work together or even make sense but somehow, whether because of its uniqueness or just sheer luck, it absolutely slaps!”
The History of White Noise.

College professor Jack Gladney and his family’s comfy suburban life is turned upside down when a close by chemical leak causes “The Toxic Air Event,” releasing a noxious black cloud over the region that forces -the Gladney family evacuates.
With Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig, and Don Cheadle leading the cast, at the end of the film you’ll be left wondering what you saw and be encouraged to watch it again. The Driver-Baumbach partnership provides another masterpiece!
‘White Noise’ does enough to stay true to its Horror Comedy genre with jump scares, psychologically tantalizing moments, striking visuals, and good jokes.
Is the Watch good?

With ‘White Noise’ which opened the 60th New York Film Festival, I believe one can say that it left its mark in Hollywood.
Greta Gerwig famously referred to the film as nothing more than a “stoned teenager’s ramblings” in an try to dissect the film. And she hits all the right chords!
DeLillo’s novel was infamous for not having the ability to be adapted into a film but Baumbach does his best to make it better than expected. Definitely worth the watch!
White Noise premieres in theaters on November 25 and airs Netflix on the 30th of December.
