With a post on Instagram dated January 9, 2023, the couple announced their official expectation of having a second child. Due to many factors, this pregnancy is at higher risk according to doctors and is the reason why Diana Jenkins needs complete bed rest.

The reality star herself spoke about this stuff by continuing: “For that purpose, I cannot fully dedicate myself to the filming of the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I would like to thank Bravo and Evolution for allowing me to focus on my pregnancy, and for their support and understanding. I promise to continue sharing my fertility journey with you.”
